About the Event
As a vendor for the E3 Affair, you will receive one rectangular table and two chairs for your vendor setup. In addition to your set up placement, you will receive one Gold Ticket for the event. Vendors may set up their displays at 5:00 p.m., Friday, April 10, and must remove them by 12:30 a.m. Saturday, April 11, 2026.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold blameless The Alpha Lambda Center for Excellence Foundation, Inc. for any claims for loss or damage to property or injury to people occurring from the sale or use of your products or services.
